In his 12 years in the industry, he has forged a reputation as one of the most sought-after investment brokers, completing over 2,500 transactions and handling millions of dollars in investments. A former New York Giant who helped lead his team to victory in Super Bowl XLII against the New England Patriots, Dek knows what it takes to succeed in all aspects of his life and career. His strong work ethic, infallible integrity, and relentless drive for finding the smartest investment opportunities enable Dek to deliver outcomes that consistently exceed his customers’ expectations.

Dek has firsthand knowledge of how real estate can change people’s circumstances and help them achieve financial success. Growing up in Sacramento as the child of a disabled single mother, he struggled with poverty, but thanks to his football talent, he was able to secure a football scholarship to Texas Tech. Dek graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2006 and was signed with the Giants as a free agent—but he also smartly invested in real estate in Texas.

When his football career ended, Dek survived on those investments, earned his real estate license, and joined a real estate wholesale firm based in Dallas. He quickly became a top-producing agent and manager, and he helped open the company’s West Coast office in 2013. Dek is a founding member of Fair Trade Real Estate, where he continues to serve investment customers and property owners in distressed situations throughout Southern California. In his off-time, Dek enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and continues to invest in real estate in his home state.
